I just install a Rustys long arm. Was wondering what track bar is recomended. Im running a rcx adj. track bar. Seems like my track bar is limited my suspensions full droop.

How tall of lift? What steering upgrades have you done? I'm guessing you are higher then 5.5". Then yes you would want an over the axle track bar kit as well as over the knuckle crossover steering.

Im only 4.5 i did it just to beef up my steering nothing stronger than a straight bar bend it and weaken it plus by doing this you will raise your steering three inches less damage

Yep Yep. I understand. We also offer an OTK crossover steering setup and OTA track bar and relocation kit. Though ours is solid 1-1/4 hex. Ain't gonna bend that tie rod even if you full on smash a rock with it. That and we use heims on both ends of our track bars. Better misalignment capability, tighter steering, and no premature failure.
My question about height was for the OP though.

Even though you have drop pitman arm the angle of the drag link and the track bar must be the same parallel or you will have a bad case of death wobble if you have this right you won't have to run a steering stabilizer i don't will try a get a pic for an example for you

Non-parallel steering links do not give you death wobble. It causes bump steer... You should never HAVE to run steering stabilizer.

OP, how about a picture of your front suspension?

Low Range, your posts always amuse me. Lol
Crawdaddy, thank you for trying to be helpful. Your description of what could be wrong was spot on but the possible effect if it wasn't fixed was wrong like Low Range pointed out.

Your track bar and drag link angles seem to match decently. Next time try to take a picture a little more strait on though. Like the last one but hold the camera down a little lower.
At that lift height I would definitely go with an over the axle track bar relocation kit as well as over the knuckle crossover steering. This will lessen your angles, induce less side to side axle movement throughout travel, and allow for more droop.
