make sure you put new universals in the axels at the same time. Ive seen people neglect this and smash axels wheeling

My Aussie was loud as heck because it ratched every time I turned. If it didn't I wouldn't have been able to steer. Rear clicked too if I wasn't on the gas.

Same here. My aussie in the front is loud as hell. When I first installed it I was like OMG. TOok it back to the shop and they said it would be that loud. It clicks everytime I make a turn. Wether its a litle turn or a sharp turn. Clunks on me once inawhile to. When it loads, and thens binds and unloads. But its all part of driving a jeep. I just turn the radio up so I dont hear all the noises lol. Just feel them in the floor

You prob have a disconnect front axle so it doesn't turn all the time like later models.

My Spartan is pretty quiet too. Can't hear it with the windows up and it's pretty faint with them down. Only hear it on tight parking lot turns.
