I have a 2000 with a 3'' RC lift and .75'' spacer. I recently installed a Smittybilt XCR front bumper with 9500 winch (synthetic line). This heavy install sagged my front end down and I only net 2.75'' lift. I want to replace the coil and spacer with just a good coil. Does anybody have a suggestion on coil brand/size/rating. I was going to go with IRO's 3'' but their tech said it would sag and inch with my winch weight. I want my final ride height to be at 3'' (even with the front weight) Suggestions please. IRO, Rustys, ect.... links to websites welcome.

Rustys makes a coil spring for a 3" lift for lifts that have a winch/bumper combo. I have one I'm still using with my 4 1/2" lift that came with my 3" lift he makes 2 different coils for a 3" lift a std. and the HD for the winch setups.
My leafs and coils have been on for over 3 yrs and still zero sag.

I called a rep at Rustys and Iron Rock Offroad:
Rustys: said their 3'' HD coil (180#) will sag one inch for every 180lbs but says it may likely work for my needs.
IRO: said their 3'' coil (230#) would likely sag (has a higher spring rate??) but suggested going with their 4'' (230#) coil instead. They think my 170lb front bumper/winch setup will net around 3'' with a 4'' coil.
So im stuck, do I get the Rusty's 3'' HD coil (with only 180lb rate) or IRO's 4'' coil with (230lb rate). This all seems confusing for just springs.

I guess the thought it this, you can run the 3" and add a spacer if needed, or run the 4" and maybe have it a little nose high.

Initially I was gonna go with RE 3.5" coils but I hear they bet almost 4.5" lift.. That wouldn't do me well. Is that true with a winch bumper??

You need to know your current spring rate and overall height( not lift) of your current coils. If you want to be an inch higher you need a spring an inch taller with the same spring rate. I dont know if you can find something exactly what you want already on the shelf though. In all honesty a spacer is the cheapest and easiest solution. A 1" spacer is going to give 1". It is somewhat complicated because a spring is not just a spring.

Here's my homework: IRO 3''=200# rate/19'' length. IRO 4''=230# rate/19.75'' length. MY Rough Country 3''=150# rate/19.75'' Rusty's=180# rate/ I don't know their length. I think the best thing to do is get the 4'' IRO coil. I know I could get the 3'' with a larger spacer, but I am trying to find the best fit without a spacer. So both my RC 3'' coil and the IRO 4'' coil are the same length (except the IRO is rated for 230 vs my 150). Im about to pull the trigger and go with the IRO 4''. Thoughts?? I also am buying their adjustable LCA/UCA.

That sounds reasonable to me. It's tough to get exactly what you want in the front with no ability to adjust. Another reason I love my HDOE shackle relocators to match the rear to front.
