Drilling out that track bar mount make it weak. My buddy welded huge washers over the new holes to re-enforce it.

The upper control arms are ok, My RE Uppers are a bit longer than the stock ones, But I ran it all summer with only my lowers on, it messed with the caster angle a bit, but still did just fine. The stockers are flimsy and weak. But they will be fine.

Chill bro, your good. My 4.5 inch kit didnt come with a trac bar or uppers. I redrilled the trac bar mount .75 inch like you and everything was cool.

Go get an alignment. My steering wheel was completely upside down. After an alignment it's fine now and it drives MUCH better.

So your jeep is lifted all ready? The redrilling of your trac bar is fine, plenty of people do it. Yes and alignment will fix your steering wheel. As for the pop, my jerk makes all kinds of noises now that it's lifted, it's just the new parts settling, like when a new house creeks. If you shackles are hitting, get the shacks relocation brackets from RC. They bolt right on and will cure your shackle angle, while giving you a better ride

Drive around a bit with the drilled over TB, if done right your good! Sometimes people are more likely to get Death wobble with it drilled over. And with stock Control arms, just make sure your bump stops are up to bar, My friend who recently got this lift the upper control arm flexed all the way up.. from jumping it... (Idiot) to where the tranny lines are and pinched the line, which he didnt know at the time and overheated his tranny, Guess what he replaced this last weekend? A new tranny cause the other one was toast. Just dont jump it! ha which is never recommended. nor what jeeps are designed for, unless its jeep-speed

Or your TB could be loose is it when you turn? you could have one of your friends turn the steering wheel side to side while you look at your Track-bar and if it even flexes a little bit thats where the sound is commin from most likely.
