Default Just got my disconnects installed

Finally got my sway bar all cleaned up and installed new bushings and disconnects. I had to hit up the junk yard for the sway bar brackets but everything went in fine. I ended up going with a a set of Moog bushings, my sway bar measured 25.9XXmm on my caliper and I played hell tiring to find a set. Also put on Rusty's quick disconnects not real happy so far but that's another story. Anyway the old studs actually came out really easy with a few smack from the BFH. Here's the finished product, think I have the angle set correctly, maybe a bit high? Also where have some of you mounted the storage post? I know the JKS kit says to disregard it and just tie them up if you don't have a factory skid plate.

I use a bunjee cord that I run true a factory hole in the fender with the other end attached in the engine compartment. the hook sticks out. When I want to secure the sway bar, it pulls out just long enough to reach it than retracts all the way up. KISS

Keep It Simple Stupid ... Not calling you stupid.. just like the saying.

Thats actually a good idea I will have to keep that in mind I have heard of people using a variety of different ways to hold them up but a bungee sounds about the best in my opion

Yea I like that idea I'll have to pick up some bungee cords sounds a lot better than the velcro straps i was thinking about using thru that hole in the "frame rail" (I know it's not a real frame just having a brain fart)

Yeah if you disconnect them just undo the one side and leave it tied up somewhere with zipties or bungees.

Or sell the discos and toss the bar in the dumpster.
