I think I may have figured it out. First I tested the fuel pressure and it was 45-50 psi at Idle and didn't drop below 45 psi under load, so I think that is ok. Then I remembered that when I was towing a trailer a few days ago that it would hesitate a little bit when taking off from a stop, so out of curiosity I swapped the TPS with one I had from another jeep. I went for a drive and I was able to get the tires to break loose again! Also I think I have a rear brake dragging.

Only time I have ever tried to get tires to break loose is in a mud pit... And I ALWAYS break lose in the mud!!

Ok but back on target, glad you got it figured out! Turns out that there was, indeed, a problem. Lots of good info from everyone though

Default Jeeps can't do a burnout

I've never had a issue with not being able to do a burnout in my Jeep. It is quite easy if you press on the brake pedal with your left foot and hold the gas pedal down with your right foot and let off the brake.
