Default Installing new bumper help...

About to throw my new bumper on. What's fastest way to remove stock one. I had the plastic inner fenders in and factory skid, do I need to remove either ?

Dont think so, I just took the plastic ends off first (just a couple small bolts) and then took out the 6 bumper bolts and done ... took like 5 minutes to get the stock one off.

Tip: Once you get the new bumper on you will need to trim the plastic inner fenders. I used a utility knife with a new blade and it cut like butter!
Tip, The vacume can for the criuse control is mounted to the right side of the stock bumper. I installed it with one screw to the fender brace on the right side (there is an existing hole in the fender brace)

One more thing. You will have to remove the little bolt in the bottom of the fender brace on each side to allow the new bumper to slide back into place.

Nates4x4.com. Very stoked to put it on after I get my new steering box spacer. He is very affordable and has them on eBay from time time even better priced then his site.

Here is one from his site. The bolts broke on my steering box spacer so I am waiting for my new spacer to come in to finish install.

Great prices on that site. Think I might order some of the DIY parts.

Looks good! You will probably have to trim some of the inner fender liner,no big deal though a sharp utility knife works great
