Hey guys, i just purchased a limited slip locker. Is the installation as simple as tearing it down, pulling the axles, puting it in and throwing it back together or do I need to mess with the gears?
And if it helps, I have the chrysler 8.25 with the 27 spline shafts
Thanks a bunch

If its a lunchbox style that just replaces the spider gears (lock-right, aussie, etc) then you dont have to mess with it. If its a full carrier style limited slip (truetrac, trac-loc) then yes, you have to swap the ring gear onto the new LSD and re-shim/re-set the gear mesh.
