Looking through a FB page, that I can't find now, someone was selling an insert that goes between the two front bump-outs on the front bumper that houses fog lights. It almost looks like the insert came from a Jeep JK.

Does anyone have a link they can share on this?

I came across on the internet one day, thought it was kinda cool, and saved it to my computer.
But no idea who makes or made it.

I think I saw that picture.
Some guy just put round lights in the protruding parts of the bumper caps in his '97 and up XJ.
It was a DIY thing though.
I remember commenting on it.
But can't find it now.
Found this but know it was not the same guy.

Then there was this guy but even though he says an XJ bumper I just think it is a Wrangler bumper.

Me, well I am inclined to say no to a bumper cap light. I mean it is a bumper, it goes bump. a delicate light on the business end of a bumper just does not work for me.

Probably not a joy to aim a light mounted as such either.

 

I believe it was that FB group, I can't find the advertisement in that link. It just links to the group page for me. If it's what I remember, the lights would have been on the inside of the push bumper part.
