Currently, mine is under the bumper (I know, bad idea). It was the easiest to get to to mount them at the time and I usually don't do any hard wheelin'. I have plans on building a decent winch bumper, then the good lights will go on top of the bumper and then some on the roof.

I have two fog lights on the nose of my stinger. They work well if they get enough heat in the bulbs. Small ones don't do **** from my experience. Otherwise it's pea soup.

Put them where Bbasso has his. There are pre-drilled holes for the factory-available fog lights in most cases, you wont have to worry about clearance issues and smashing them on something, and they are super easy to wire in behind the grill when you put them above the bumper.
