Hello. Basically there aren't any cons as they work at about the same pressure and flow rate as stock XJ injectors and are a better one piece plastic body instead of the metal to plastic one on older XJs. The pros are you will get a smoother idle and a better throttle response and acceleration. Some people gain some MPG but that's usually just because their old injectors were dirtier than the ones they swap in.

They are well worth the swap. No mpg gain with mine. But starts better, runs better all around, feels like more usuable power. Less down shifting. Overall I'm very happy. Took me a little over an hour to install. I was being extra careful and taking my time. Well worth the money.
