Default I only have high fan speed for my heater.

My heater will only work on the high fan setting and i want to fix that. Can any give me ideas on why

Actuater under the passenger side kick panel it's 2 screws and a plug fix ya right up

Might be called a blower resistor at the parts store.

If it only works on high usual means that the blower Resistor is shot

yep blower resistor as said, just fixed mine.

You meant blower motor resistor, right?

You mean resistor. No such a thing as a blower motor "actuater" ie actuator*
