Yes but you will need extended links or drop brackets.

This, as long as it's the front. The rear you pull off. You won't miss it.

Okk. Now will no sway bar cause a bad death wobble if I'm going 55 and hit a bump?

No. Most likely it's a bad track bar or loose bar. It won't be much else aside from steering linkage or control arm bushings.

A poor caster angle could also cause DW.

Is the track bar properly right though? Many have thought(including me) that our track bar was bolted down tight, turned out they weren't. Checked it again with someone turning the wheel and see if there is a slight movement or not.

Death wobble can be any number of things, but sway bar really isn't one of them.
Tie rod ends and track bar would likely be #1
Followed by ball joints, wheel bearings and sometimes Allignment can contribute....
Also unbalanced tires and or bad tires and bad wheels can contribute, as well as gunk stuck on or in wheels

Is your track bar and steering link at the same angle?

Ive also seen death wobble caused by bad control arm bushings. Often times, it seems to be the uppers that go out.

Consider yourself lucky you're missing the sway bar and leave it off... Problem solved.
Haven't had any sway bars for 3 years and I don't miss them.
