If you just want to run off-the-shelf 37s, you can do it stock with a lot of cutting, or you can lift it 14" and leave the body alone. Do me a favor, and do a lot more reading and research before you make any of these modifications. If you don't know what you're getting into, you can take extremely dangerous shortcuts without even realizing it.
I have a lot of mechanic friends that I would rely on heavily on if I did any of this. Thank you for caring enough to give the warning. I was just curious.

Nothing wrong with learning. I just don't want to see anyone get hurt over something as silly as tires

HAHA 5000 lightbars, tire sizes much larger than what the axle can handle if it actually gets wheeled...the list goes on lol.

Yeah those are hazards to, but if the Jeep that is poorly built is actually wheeled im sure its more dangerous than those that just drive on the roads. Im sure neither of those two you listed see the same amount of load on them as something that is being wheeled.

The lift blocks in the front of the leaf spring truck i seen at a local off road park,And using them in the front will sheer off the u bolts in time. The spindles they welded scrap metal on looked like hell. The welds looked lie chewed gum and had random size pieces of metal just slapped all over the top of the spindle. Most who lift cars use truck lift spindles which bolt right on.

Here are some "custom" front blocks. Guy was bragging about his lift. In the rear he cut the frame out of another truck and welded it to the existing frame with spacers so he didn't have to run bigger leaves. Truck was street drive and had 44s on it.
