Default HID QUESTION

found this on ebay and wondering if this would be one of the cheap kits that blinds other drivers... also if anyone can tell are the blue led rings what give off the actual light or are they just added light to the hid bulb?

thanks

Any housing without a projector is going to blind other drivers IE these. The blue led lights are purely cosmetic.

Although those housing would be cool to retrofit a projector into because all I have ever seen has been halos. These are a little more original.

I actually ordered a set of those about 3 weeks ago, still waiting on them to come in. There's a thread somewhere on this forum from the maker of the kits. He's working hard on getting them out and you can see several pictures of installs on that same thread. User's name is Lead Foot, you can search for the thread yourself, I lost it.
