Nothing, nada, big fat zero. He won't even answer his phone, emails, or pms on here. Very bad business etiquette if you ask me and I'm order 1238

Worth mentioning that hes been on his local forum off-camber all week yet still continues to completely neglect us by not even logging on to CF. I was still a potential customer watching this thread, but not anymore.

Look, let me simplify this as easiest as possible without using crayons, construction paper or Muppets. If you do not like the product, don't order. If you have ordered and don't want to wait, Kris put it out there that you may request a refund. Or just patiently wait as a few have. You may ONLY PICK ONE. There will be no more public bashing, callouts or trouble starters.

It's also worth mentioning that the complaint thread on off-camber that finally got him back on here has been deleted. Also, if you look through the members list, he doesn't show up, but he is still posting on there, which is weird.

I don't mind waiting nor getting a refund but it's hard to get either without any type of communication from chris. I'm not bashing the guy. I could have built the linkage easily but I like to help the little guy make a foothold in the off-road community, but communication is the only thing that will keep a business strong.

First off, you basically just insulted everyone with your crayons and Muppets statement. Not cool at all. This particular member owns his own successful business (so I know about customer service), makes 6 figures doing it, and I'm a member of the International High IQ Society. So you can just keep your crayons to yourself.
Secondly, many of us who ordered are now WAAAAY past the refund time limitation.
You making some assertion that the rest of us shouldn't be upset when someone takes a couple hundred or more of our dollars, and essentially disappears with it for MONTHS, with almost no communication... That's also not your call to make for the rest of us.
We have a right to be pissed when we get terrible customer service. We have a right to be pissed when we start to feel as though someone took our money and we got nothing in return. We have the right to be pisssed when the guy has time to post about BS on other forums, but can't take 5 minutes to post an updated list for people that already handed over money.
If YOU choose to be patient regarding YOUR order, that's your call. But the rest of us are damned well gonna say it like it is. No matter what level of patience you have, there's no arguing that this headlight thread has to got to be one of the worst examples of customer service from a forum vendor is the site's entire history.
If you go back a read some of the posts from about 4-6 weeks ago, it seems that the only way to get this guy to show up and give any info is through call-outs and public shaming. You may not like it, but the guy has proven he doesn't respond to much of anything less. When I'm told upon ordering that the lead time is 3-4 weeks, that's what I expect. I was even still defending him at double that time. But I for one, am now at 17 weeks, 4-5 times the expected lead time. I'd say I, and others, have something to complain about.

Outlaw, I have to take issue with what you are saying.

I felt like this was needed. (It's spelled "sarcasm")
Back on topic: I think I'm third in line, order 1171. He said he was going to look for that email I sent him, and that was about it --no other response. No shipping confirmation or anything else.

I agree with macgyver35....this is a little more than having patience!! You would think he would appreciate our patience and not take advantage of us,but it seems as though that may be the case!! I hope to see mine soon, just beyond the last cut off he last posted of the 6 sets sooooo...I hope its not to much longer...order # 1182.

I've posted on here asking for and update almost a week ago and sent kris a text asking him to hop in here and give us an update, With no response at all now I have been really patient since ordering in December but it has been almost 4 months since I ordered I figured I would get my lights by March but now were half way into April. I understand he is busy but he needs to set time aside to get us out products. My wife and I both work 60-65hrs a week , and have 2kids (2-1/2 yrs and 4 months ) plus we are involved with other stuff we are busy but still have time to get stuff done. Kris said he built a new big soaking tub and hired new help well parts are not seeming to get out any faster. My buddy just made a set of HID's for his Jeep he used the same projectors, ballast, and probably glass housings at FST he got his parts with in a 2weeks this make me wonder WTF is going on with FST. Did we fund his move, pay his bills, fund his Christmas shopping while he was unemployed ? Is he's trying to catch up with income to get us our stuff ?
