Got the fan finished last night - I don't know why, but I thought a 40amp would cut it for both speeds, that was dumb. I'll end up getting a 90amp for the high speed, but I'm loving the swap so far. My only problem is I'm getting some belt squeal when it warms up, I think it just needs to stretch a little as it's sitting pretty tight.

I won't need to even use it till spring now though, winter is upon us up here and idling in traffic isn't common with a city this size.
