Default HELP ..Soft brake pedal 1996 jeep cherokee

Here's what I've done. Changed out rear drums to Teraflex 4354420/4354400 conversion kit. Caliper bleeders are on top. I've installed a Wilwood 261-13269 master cylinder and proportioning valve kit. Master was bench bled ,proportioning valve was bled all air is gone. I've also installed a new brake booster. System was bled ~ (8) times no further air coming out.
Jeep stops on a dime, BUT brake pedal is soft and goes to floor.
Engine has 16.5 vacuum, tomorrow we'll install a vacuum canister. Other than that we cant seem to figuire why pedal in soft and travels to floor.

What do you think?

The pushrod from the booster to the master cylinder. Is it adjusted properly?

The pushrod from the booster is adjustable with a wrench. If it's not protruding far enough into the master cylinder, the symptoms you describe can be caused by it.

Need to split them apart and do some simple measuring.

Post up any questions. It should be quite obvious if it's off. Check the protrusion of the rod from the booster flange to tip and from master cylinder mounting flange to bottom of master cylinder hole.

Pushrod checks out ok. I had purchased a Motive products power bleeder. Lines were bled with this. We had done this only once and used about 1 1/2 containers of brake fluid... should I do more?
