It's low pinion and if it's closed knuckle you're pretty much stuck with drums. If it's open you can swap disc onto it but that requires everything from the knuckle out and you'd come out cheaper finding another axle that already had disc. Also it's a bit narrower than your stock front axle. No trusses made for an easy swap. Plenty of other options out there and 150 is a fair price for a full width disc brake version, I'd expect closer to 75-100 for that one unless it's geared or locked.
