Should have no problem doing it under 5k, its all in how crazy you want to get. I have personally not gotten real wild with mine, but from what I understand if you get too extreme with your cam selection the stock PCM has an issue compensating for it. Seriousoffroad has a different opinion, thats cool. I just played it safe and went for the sure thing. I would talk to the guys who design and build these things to get the straight scoop before making any major decisions.

I think I have about 3 into my current one complete. Not too bad. I'd still take it over a small block chevy any day.

Idk what theyre thinking. I have a bored n stroked 258 4.2L (now 300 4.9L) w/4.0L head and Renix injection unit. The only thing that really changed on the 4.0L blocks was the accessory mounting and brackets.
