I got some Hella H4 for my '01 XJ. I have a female and male plug wired to the relay, when I plug them in they buzz like crazy and stay on all the time even if the jeep is off. if I don't plug them in, I only have high beams.. anybody have any idea what this might be?

You need to upgrade the headlight harness. Putco makes a high quality harness, or you can make your own. Hopefully you haven't fried the multifunction or headlight switch.

Pictures or a diagram would make diagnosis a lot easier.
