That is looking fantastic! What bulbs are in it? If you want to just get standard fit bulbs, Sylvania Extra Vision seems the best that is easily available. If you can score some Sylvania Silver Stars in the JY grab them. I had a set and thought they were the best. But Sylvania got sued over their claim of superior performance. They are hard to find now. But in my experience, they really did offer superior performance! Whenever I am at the JY, I always cruise the truck rows looking for the 80's GM/Chevy's with these bulbs.
You scored real good! Usually hard to come by those. 86-90 Wagoneer XJ only. Orange corner lights look great too. Those are even harder to come by since they are not interchangeable with regular XJ header panel corner lights.
I installed a 90 Waggie header panel on my 96. Just too some clean up, painting, and wire splicing.
You will enjoy the independent adjustability of the high and low beams. Remember, the low beams are the top bulbs (better downward shine pattern) and the high beams are the lower bulbs.
Also, I bought a set of new bezels from Quadratec for very little money. Don't know if they have any left. And Collision Parts had some new grills for that header panel. That was about a year ago. Cheap too.
Everyone I've talked to has said that harness needs splicing/cutting/taping which is no big deal for me but I went ahead and tried just plugging it in since I had the whole harness (even the connections for the bumper foglights).
AND IT WORKS!!!

Three of the headlight are GE and the fourth is Guide? All are sealed. I decided I'm going to get a 4H conversion on the low beams, just to use a brighter halogen bulb then get a projector housing for the high beams so I can see even further. Will probably look a little funny but I work nights so being able to see on back roads at 3am is important.
I didn't have it bolted in cause this was just the test of the harness so the side markers aren't put on. And the drivers side turn signal is missing the bulb but here it is.

Good go on the harness! My 96 had a different connector. Must have switched that year. I pulled a second waggie header out of a JY a few weeks ago. It had the fog light harness with the relay. Would have grabbed the fogs, but they were already trashed. You will be real happy with your set up. I aim my high beams a bit far and wide, just to give myself a slight bit more of a chance to see the deer at night. Barely dodged one a year ago. Hind foot stuck right front tire as it was leaping away. Happened on a curve in the road.
Also, after the quad install the load from switching high/low/high many times in succession puts an overload on the circuit breaker in the headlight switch and the lights all go out! This is a known problem and I am modifying the harness to bring in power via heavy gauge wire from the bus near the battery and operate the circuits through a pair of relays activated by the existing high and low beam circuits. So be prepared for black out after your installation! You might want to field test your setup under safe conditions before you get an unwanted surprise blackout! Seems that holding the high beam lever full back overrides the circuit breaker. (But might fry your wires if you do it very long.)
The overload problem might be a combination of higher performance bulbs than factory design and the 96 era dumbed down wire gauge. (So Chrysler can save 10 cents a vehicle). Maybe your earlier wiring will do the job just fine.
