take the power steering pump off its bracket and take the front end off and you can put your arm up to reach every single bolt!

Can I reuse the bolts or do I need to replace them?

I reused mine... No issues.

HEADS UP! Make sure you have some Permatex copper gasket spray (for the gasket) and hi temp thread lock (for all bolts, including the header-to-downpipe flange). Trust me... it's worth it.
