Default Hack n Tap Sye, which one?

I have an Np242 on a 98 xj and I'm not sure if I should go with the rubicon express version or the Iron Rock offroad hack n tap. I'm also trying to figure out if I can actually use my front drive shaft with either of these, I've read that people say it doesn't work and that it does so I'm just trying to get a definitive answer before I buy one or the other or neither

i went w/ the iro on my 98 w242 ,tip get the alignment jig for drilling the hole. frt ds may fit or may not , all depends on the yoke to yoke distance once you r done w/ gettin the new yoke on . you can always have a ds shop modify a front shaft to fit perfect.whatever it takes.

Okay, I had read that you only need the seal kit on the older style 242s because the tailpiece held fluid but it doesn't hold fluid on the new ones so I was just making sure

Okay I was just making sure, I heard that was on the old style np242s only but on the new ones it wasn't necessary because the tail section doesn't hold any fluid
