Default get new tie rods now or wait?

ok i plan to start my build thread tonight, but quick question, got to thinking and i just picked up new tie rod ends for my 94 country. It had none when i got it(was a donor jeep that i got before too many parts taken). I plan on doing a 4.5'' lift the beginning of summer(as funds allow) and was wandering will the tie rod ends or adjusters have to be changed out again when i do this or will everything still be fine when i do a lift. Just hate to spend money on new ones if gonna have to be changed again soon.

If you wheel it, the dinky OEM bar is gonna be trashed quick. They bend easy. Best bet is an aftermarket one, but until you damage it, it will work just fine.
