I ran both my rigs really hard, more like a rock bouncer than a light wheeler. the t-case never even hiccupped, when you have such deep axle gearing you take a lot of stress off of the tcase because all it has to do is turn that pinion and the ring and pinion does the work from there. I was running the JB SYE it is on the pricey side though. I snapped a rear driveline hard and the yoke still held up! Can't speak for any other brands. honestly I don't even recommend any other upgrades. if you want them, just know that they are "peace of mind" upgrades I don't really think they're necessary. and forget the 2 low, forget teraflex altogether. spend your money on more useful upgrades
make sure to get a good transmission cooler I can't stress that enough. other things that bit me in the *** were track bar bracing and boxing the front frame rails. you need to do both of those things before your rig ever leaves the garage. traction bar if you're going to go with leaf springs (I'll never run rear leafs again, that big heavy axle leaves them all S shaped and traction bars can get pricey).

if you're feeling spendy or you want a real t-case upgrade find yourself one of these. I've recently seen them sold for $900 or so
