Well, I guess I had the correct bump stops in my cart already.
Thanks for the tip on filling them, I will do that.
I'll get a final list today and post it for final approval

Compared to $319 with stock replacements instead of the ZJ upgrade?

Ralph, I missed your question about the shackles. I planned to just clean them up and paint them but looking now at new bushings it seems like it'd make more sense to just order new shackles with bushings. So I guess I'll think it over before I order anything. I'll be curious what your guys' thoughts are.

Using all Moog parts I end up with the ZJ upgrade costing $16.21 less than the XJ replacement parts.
XJ:
$46.99 adjusting rod
$22.79 tie rod end
$22.99 tie rod end

ZJ:
$11.99 adjusting sleeve
$42.79 tie rod end
$21.79 tie rod end

You can compare the parts used here:

Something isn't right with my list then. Do I need two TREs (ES3096L)? Two adjusting sleeves (ES2079S)? Both DS1238 and DS1312, or just one?
I appreciate all the help!

Not seeing bolts and nuts for the leaf springs.
Pretty sure 34202118 for the bolts.
Since you are not doing shackles thinking 4.
They appear to be M14x2.0x120
Nuts appear to be 11502814. Thinking 2.
They appear to me M14x2.
But thinking you should buy 4.
Cause if you bust the nut for the front of the leaf spring that is tack welded in there
you will have to cut that little hole like guys do to get a wrench up in there and then
will need nuts for those too.

How do the steering knuckles look? Divots often form where the brake pads touch which can result in the front brakes binding. This can be fixed by grinding the area smooth, filling the divot with weld or replacement, any of which will be easier with the thing apart.

DS1238 is your drag link (XJ). You need one adjusting sleeve (ES2079S) and one tie rod (ES3096L) for it.
DS1312 is your ZJ tie rod. You need one adjusting sleeve (ES2079S) and one tie rod (ES3096L) for it.

Thank you for the reminders, Ralph and Dave.
I will add nuts and bolts. Probably need to add the rear shock flag nut kit too.
Whether I repair or replace the knuckles will depend on if I'm back in school full time with welders or still online.

Yeah forgot you were replacing shocks so might not be a bad idea to have them handy.
I just received another piece to the puzzle this morning.

I decided to buy Mopar ones despite them being so damn expensive.
Hey it ain't my money. Kinda.
My stimulus check cleared this morning. LOL.

Looks sharp!

How do the 782s look installed? As "variable rate" the tops on mine were really close, and initially clacked every now and then. Eventually tho the clacking disappeared.
