RE 4.5" springs are 170lb spring rate if I recall.
Superlift 550s are what I have, I wanted to stay around 4"s of lift, they have 160lb spring rate. They ride much better than RE's 3.5" coils at 240lbs.

Ya the springs are RE 4.5 springs and so far it's about a 5" lift but if I add a winch and bumper it will come down a little .
