obviously you have no concept of geometry.

a pitman arm (drop) is ONLY needed if you have a new track bar mount that also drops.

the track bar mount must drop the exact same as the drop pitman arm. if you don't do that, the angles of the track bar and tie rod will not run parallel, resulting in bump-steer.

no, I was just correcting the mis-information that you repeated because you've been told that what you thought was true is true, and it's not.

to be sure, let's all just realize...I'm the a-hole lol.

if your front is 3 inch what u can keep is your stock pitman and track bar just keep in mind wen u lift it the axle will shift to the left. I'm running 3 inch and I have everything stock including brake lines and sway links

nope. that doesn't matter. what matters is not approaching max. angle on tie rod end operation.

the only way the drag link should be dropped, is if the track bar is dropped.

I'm close to doing a front 3" lift.

I have read that i don't really need to change anything else.
Even the stock shocks will be OK although they might top off a little.

Can you tell me about how much to the left your axle has shifted.

Will it be streetable like that, or do I really have to start looking for an adjustable track bar?

Mine shifted a good bit. So much so that it would rub on my inner fender on the one side at about 75% steering lock, but the other side I could go 100% and it wouldn't rub. If you can't afford an adjustable track bar, just pull the axle mount on yours and drill a new hole 3/4" over toward the driver side. Then remount your bar. This will get you by until you can buy an adjust. tbar.

Thanks to both of you, I'll bookmark this thread until i get the time to do the lift. I have the ZJ coils, 1.75" spacers, & bump stop extenders, just need a weekend when I'm not sick or working.

Which means your lower shock mounts, lower spring plates, and the bottom of your sway bar links will be shifted to the left as well. Shocks, springs, and links will be angled.
