spartans seem to have that problem muchmore than the other lunchboxes. are the tolerances correct, because a properly installed lunchbox should not do that

 

Looked like about 15 thousandths which was within spec, i didn't measure it exactly but it works correctly. Im thinking the binding u-joints of my front driveshaft are the main cause because it puts extra force of the yoke which is what locks the unit.
