front end clunk while turning
My jeep has been making a clunking noise in the front end for a little while now and I'm not sure what it is. It sounds like it's coming from the driver side, and it also feels like the hole front end shifts to the side while turning. I also notice that when I straighten my wheel back out and continue to drive the my steering wheel is slightly off from being straight after it makes this clunking noise, and it's loud also and I can feel it through the whole steering column... HELP PLZ!!

Yep check your track bar first. Then your tre watch the tre while someone turns the wheel back and fourth my 7yr old daughter help me do this. Then check your ball joints by jacking up the front I like to put a pry bar under the tire and pull up on it to see if the ball joints move. If all that checks out then remove the sway bar links and take it on a short drive and see if the clunk goes away. Is your jeep lifted or is it stock could be control arm bushings. Could also be the steering box spacer if its stock the stock one likes to brake. Before you check that I would have new bolts and a new spacer on hand the old spacer like to come out in 3 pieces instead of one. and the bolts tend to brake off in the steering box.

After getting under my jeep today I noticed on my drop pitman arm that it's not snuggled up all the way, I can see the splines on it.. just wondering before I do it should it be tightened up all the way to where I can't see those splines?

Just make sure its tight. Mine has some spline showing at the top. What does your draglink and track bar angle look like with the drop pitman arm? Not sure if you need a drop pitman arm at 3.5in of lift. I'm still running my stock arm at 5.5in.
Alright I tightened it up, while doing this also I had a extra person around and had them turn the steering wheel back and forth and found that where the steering stabilizer mounts on the passenger side bracket, the whole bracket moves and that the bushing on the driver side is junk also... Gonna go to part store tomorrow for bushing and try to retighten the bracket
