Since when did randy start making warn kits again? They were discontinued I belive 18 month to 2 yrs ago. Because new kits were designed and released under the yukon name w differt parts to help offer better quality and a much better 5x 5.5" kit.

The biggest hurdle to piecing together a junkyard version is the spindle and stub shaft. The spindle flange diameter needed to adapt to the XJ/YJ/TJ knuckle is larger than you'll find on any stock 1/4 ton application, even Chevy D44. The ford might, with some machining. The other is stub shaft length, all hub kits except one, uses a 8.31" length stub shaft. Which now are roughly $225 a piece from Yukon, 35 spline D60 shafts are cheaper.

The 5 on 4.5 wheel hub is pretty much a ford ranger part. They share the same bearing race
diameter as CJ's. the only difference between the ford ranger and the warn/MM kits is the outer wheel bearing ID. The inner and outer wheel bearings are the same for both the hub kits and CJ's and smaller diameter on the outer wheel bearing on the ford ranger.

Ems Offroad offers a 5 on 4.5 kit which is a D44 wheel hub machine down and with the smaller pattern. And again it uses a special spindle that allows the use of factory size d44 components with a 5 on 4.5 pattern.
