Hey y'all, recently bought a '00 cherokee, already modifying/upgrading it & some of the modifications I'm looking into are fiberglass fenders+lift kit+35" tires. Ive already narrowed down the lift I want but not certain on fenders. I was going to purchase the Notch fender flares, though pricey, they look good, but decided I don't have the heart to cut up my rear quarters, since the body is so solid. Ive also looked at AdvancedFiberglassConcepts, McNeilRacing & OffRoadFiberglass.
So, I'm curious what experience anyone has with fit & finish, pic's appreciated, Thanks.

 

Fiberglass fenders and wheeling really dont go hand in hand. Now if it's just a mall crawler by all means go for it. I do like the way they look, but I 4 wheel a lot around rocks and trees and it just wouldn't fly for me

 

Yeah I don't think I want to subject this one to hard-core off-roading, at least not yet, so mall crawler for now. Maybe after I build it, the next owner can abuse it. Was hoping some people on here had their own experience with fiberglass fenders & wanted to share...
