Default Xj bushwackers

I was thinking of buying some bushwacker fender flares for my 95 xj and i was also going to cut my Fenders before that.. Are the bushwackers one size fits all or are there sizes to fit your cut fenders? Because im trimming atleast a few inches off and want to make sure they will still fit on there. Thanks in advance

They only make one size. They don't make them to cater to your already cut fenders. Rather, it's the other way around, you cut your fenders to cater to their flares.

You can find the install instructions anywhere online. Look at the pictures in the instructions and make sure you don't cut more than what's pictured

just look at pics of bushwhackers and take note of where the bolts are. just don't cut more metal than where the bolts go. you just need to have enough metal to drill the holes.
as for a nice even cut, the bushwhackers have a large bottom lip that will hide a poor cut fender.

if you can see the fenders in my avatar, they are cut up higher than the body line, and i still could attach my front bushwhackers, but had a bit of an opening above the flare.
but i've since replaced my fenders and recut for a nice fit.

Which flares are you going for? The cut-outs, or the flat style? I know that with the flat ones you mostly just trim the sides rather than the top. Don't trim before putting the flares on either way--you'll want to follow the instructions. I've done a flatty install for a friend if you have any questions about those, also the PDF is available on their website.

This gives you an ideas as how much you can cut, it doesn't show dimensions but pictures may give you a referance....

^This. The flares come with this document printed, but in black and white. I found it helpful to print it in color, or have a laptop in the garage with it pulled up. If you follow it step by step, you'll be surprised at how easy it actually is. A little tedious and time consuming, but well worth it.

Personally, I'd never even consider the goofy "cut-out" style flares.
