Fender rub
I recently bought new wheels and I guess I got the wrong backspacing so my tires stick out about a 1/2 inch past my fenders. I have stock tire size and 15 inch wheels. Sometimes when I take turns with passengers or ANY weight in my car, my fenders rub on my tire. I already put leaf spring helpers on and it helped a little bit. I can't afford to lift it and I cant take off the flares because it's ugly *** hell... What do I do? My right rear fender flare pops half way off sometimes! 99 xj sport 113k miles

Have you thought about just getting some good adjustable shackles? I got a set of the Rough Country ones to go with my 3" x series lift to level out the rear and it really helped and I like the way the ride is with them. First thing you need to look at though is as mentioned above, bump stops and new shocks. Are your springs sagging? If so, your best bet would be to just removes the fender flares and save them until you can afford a decent lift. My springs were sagging and I needed shocks as well. I waited until I could get a lift and I'm glad I did.

Sorry, I haven't had my coffee yet! Looks like you already did that. I had the same problem because I towed a trailer that was way too heavy and made my springs sag. I got some new springs and it fixed the problem. They arent cheap so you might as well wait until you can do a lift.
