I just flexed out to where I wanted the tire to stop before it hit anything. Then I measured it and added 1/2 inch. Then I simply took some thick wall tube welded plate on the ends for a total of 3 1/2 inches. Drilled a hole through them and the spring pad, tapped the holes in the spring pads with a 3/8 self tapping bolt. Slapped them in and used a bolt and nut on drivers side and just a bolt on passenger side. Sounds more complicated than it is, more like homemade Terraflex ones shown earlier annd cost about .50 cents. Cool thing is you can make them any size you need. Can post a pic tuesday to dark out now.

Quote: i have the same problem! what is your caster set at to correct it? Mine is a DD.

I actually compared and matched the pinion angle to the front driveshaft angle to correct it. But the caster is just about 5-5.5 degrees IIRC. I did have some wandering when the adjustments were made but another 1/8 inch toe in took care of that. That is with new 32 inch tires.
