Default Engine knock and oil pressure problems

Hey guys. I'm out of ideas. I've had an engine knock that's just been getting gradually worse along with my oil pressure dropping down every time I'm at an idle. For the oil pressure we just put a thicker oil in it to help it. But for the engine, We did a compression test and it was normal, so we're thinking possibly the stop leak we put in the radiator could've gunked somewhere to mess it up. I have no idea what to do next though. Now that we know that the head isn't bad, I don't know why it's knocking and struggling sometimes to start. Help. Thoughts??

You have a bad main, rod or cam bearing/bearings. In other words its time to rebuild the engine. Thicker oil compensates for excessive bearing wear by filling in the worn out tolerance of the troubled bearing thus creating/restoring oil pressure. Stop leak in the radiator would have nothing to do with dropping oil pressure or an engine knock.

What brand of oil filter are you using?
