Gotta have some more information before we can really start to diagnose anything. First thing to check is that all connections are solid, are hooked up to the correct plugs and that all the grounds are clean (metal to metal) and solidly connected.

Try swapping the + and - sometimes the polaritys need to be reversed iirc mine did. Good luck man. If its a plug just flip it around. This is likely your isue ive installed many HID kits its a common issue.

Flick the high beams and see if the hids come on. If they do then you have to swap the location of the hid bulb pins. Swapping the position of power harness may solve the problem as well.

Alright well no luck. I did a little research myself and found that my H4 plug should have all three prongs. The one I was sent only has 2....I also found that Grand cherokee's only require a 2 prong plug. Hope that makes sense....Any thoughts?

If yours has 2 pins, then you need to move your red wire over to where the same location thick red wire is in the pic above. As long as you ordered and h4 kit that should solve it.
