Neither of those numbers pulled up and I'm guessing it came out of a Mopar car since trucks were 8 lug and sometimes 6 lug.

If it is a 5 lug semi float 60 it is a dodge car d60.

As for the brake parts... order up some disc brake brackets and sorce the parts and convert to disc brakes.. you will thank me for this advice

Thx for the info these came in internationals aslo and had 5 lug. the disc conversion is something i am planning down the road i am trying to get it installed sooner than later. so when the fire restrictions here are lifted i am ready to wheel. plus i need to know what it may have come from to get the right disc kit to save trial and error and down time.

I would use a DIY kit...

Weld on brackets, use 4x4 whatever bolt pattern rim it is rotor.. and some 78 chevy 4x4 calipers... or if you have to have e-brake use some eldaraldo calipers.. make sure to spec that when ordering you brackets.

Did this on my 9" with newer style calipers, and rotors. I was in the whole project 125

What IH did it come out of. Scouts had 44s and the big trucks had Eatons. Guess it could be a Travelall but most of those had 44s as well.
