Default Cowl hood

Anyone know of a reasonably priced cowl hood/hood with a scoop? I'm doing body work on my XJ and don't wanna pay tons for a hood since I'm already forking over $1k for a paint job lol

Nah I don't want to do louvers. I need to replace the hood since its got tons of dings and dents all over it and I was looking for something with a scoop/cowl.

I've looked in the past and only found a couple but all those cost at least $400. Have you thought of getting a junkyard hood and making your own scoop/cowl induction?

Scoop is pointless. Cowl is going to be helpful with drawing out the heat.

I had this on my previous XJ....love it, except the wipers will prevent it from opening all the way.
