Default Converting 2x4 cherokee to 4x4

How hard would this be to do? I am considering it but don't know if it's worth my time. I have located a 2wd in good shape with a title and a 4x4 without a title and runs great it just doesn't have a title. So I'm considering buying the 2wd for $500 and the 4x4 for parts for $500. Is this reasonable? What all does it require to change it over?

Its a bolt in. Change trans, add t case, front axle. Look how the 4 x 4 came apart. Put all the parts in same way. I did my MJ. No sweat.

What about putting the 4x4 stick in thru the floor?

All you do is cut a hole in the floor. I can measure my MJ if you would like. As far as where I cut the hole. Should be the same.
