Default control arms...what do I need?

Bear with me on this one...lots of questions about controls arms. So I have a 3 inch lift currently and once the SYE is in I'm going another 2 inches or so, hoping to land in the 4-5 range. Ik I'm going to need new lca's for sure but my question is should I get uppers too? And further more, adjustable or non or any combination of them? Now I know the advantages of adjustables yada yada, but I'm asking more of what I can get away with. I'm trying to do it as cost effective as possible without shorting my perforamce either. I know this topic tends to come down to opinion but if I can get away with fixed lowers while keeping the uppers I'd be happy. So what should I look at for about 4-5 inches of lift?

You can get away with just lowers. I'm at 5.5 and put lowers in because I couldnt get my uppers out haha. but most people just do lowers anyway. As far as fixed or adjustable, really comes down to preference. I like my adjustables just because, well, there adjustable haha. but yes, you can totally get away with fixed lowers and stock uppers.

4.5" lift, sits right at 5". Stock uppers and adjustable lowers with poly bushings on the axle and heim joints at the body. Flexes great and rides pretty good except for the crappy rough country shocks.

If it were me, i would get a Control Arm Drop Bracket Kit.....that way you can keep you stock control arm, that's is you are keeping the lift height at around 4.5".

With CAD, you will be fine with stock UCA and LCA, and you can always adjust your caster using shims.

Here is something worth reading.

I ran stock uppers for a wile on a 5.5" lift. It works just don't beat it to hard. My last time at a park with stock uppers I bent 3 of them and the right side upper mount too.
