Control arm rub

99 XJ 4x4
4.5 inch lift
33x12.5x15
15x8 3.75 backspacing
Re control arm drop
Adjustable short arms

Okay so after installing my RE control arm drop brackets at full lock when I turn the wheel only to the left I get rub. I have all new zj steering and an adjustable trackbar that has been measured. (Axle is centered) Weirdest thing is it seems it only happens sometimes. At times when I turn left full lock I have an inch of room, other times I rub. I havent extended my steering stops with washers yet but will be doing so.

I rub my control arms pretty good when hard flexing and turning hard. 5.5 long arm kit and 35's. Not really sure how to fix that without pushing the tire out away with more spacing
