Default Cold air intake..

Well i kinda came up with my own cold air intake today. ditched the air box and such. My question is, all the little vacuum tubes that went into the stock airbox, is it gonna hurt anything if they are all just dangling loose? or do i need to somehow hook them up to something.

The tube that goes into the head of the engine needs to be connected to where the air flows in

Yes, you definitely need to hook up the loose vacuum lines to the intake tube. Maybe you should post a picture of your setup.

The one that went from the valve cover to the air box is part of the Crank Case Ventilation system and should be routed into your CAI setup. Any other vacuum lines need to be addressed in a similar fashion.

My Renix 4.0 airbox has a bi-metal switch to operate the vacuum motor for that hot air thingy, so I just plugged the one with vacuum.

Yes I have the crank case vent one into the intake. But there are two more little rubber hoses.. then another. That just go into different vacuum ports, and I didn't know if it'd affect much? I'm new to this renix so I don't know much about all its little functions and quirks with everything...

You're going to need to plug the the small vacuum line, the other is attached to the bottom half of the air box. The second image is the breather hose and the third is some other thing that I thought would be better if I left it attached.
