Angry chatter when accelerating

Alright so I will start off with the build... 2001, 6" lift, 33s, SYE kit, also looks as if the rear axle was shimmed to adjust pinion angle.

So a couple of weeks ago it started to chatter upon acceleration and would speed up based on how fast I was going then go away as soon as I let off the gas. Got home and made sure it wasnt an engine noise. Grabbed both driveshafts and there was no abnormal play.

Ate my pride and took it to a transmission shop. They initially thought it was the speedo gears. They replaced both sides (output shaft one as well as actual speedo gear) as well as giving the tcase a good once over to make sure nothing was worn out or broken.. No luck

Next he replaced the rear pinion bearing and outer seal and reset the gears... still making the noise.

Luckily for me this dude has owned up to all of his mistakes and I am only paying for cost of parts and one hour of labor TOTAL for everything that has been done so far.

With all that being said... any ideas?!

Can you post some pictures of the driveshaft and angles?

problem solved.. It was the double cardan cv centering yoke. Failure was caused by driveshaft being seized and not being able to expand and contract properly.
