Default c8.25 to d44 swap questions

So I just got at 94 5spd xj and I want to swap the diffs from my 88 auto. The auto has a d30/d44 combo. The 94 5spd is a d30/c8.25. I'm going to swap the complete diffs over, brake lines and all. So my question is is the 94 driveshaft going to work? And am I going to have any issues getting the d44 brake line, Rubicon braided SS to work with the 94 hard lines?
Any help is appreciated. Cheers

And the brake lines will hook right up. You should have no problems with this swap.
