Default Some lift issues

Hey guys, I need some troubleshooting help. I have a 2000 that I recently but a brand new RC 4.5 lift on. I've had a lot of trouble getting it aligned right. It continues to pull right, even after alignment. Nothing is bent either. I've checked that the upper and lower arms are adjusted evenly. Also, I've noticed that my coils are not centered around the guide tower on either side. Should I lengthen my lower arms?

I also have a drop pitman arm that I haven't installed yet. Would that maybe help with the right pull somehow?

How are your tires? Is you track adjusted properly? I would stay away from the drop pitman arm. No need at 4.5"

Lengthening ur lowers will change your caster. Most likely putting it out of spec. To be able to lengthen your lowers and get the right caster you will need adjustable uppers as well.

You do mean upper=upper and lower=lower, not upper=lower; correct? That axle does look pulled back somewhat.

Tires are worn evenly. Track is possibly out of wack too. I had issues centering the axle.

Also, something new i just noticed. it appears the body is actually pointing towards the left when i look at it from the front. when i measure from the guide tower to the tire tread on each side, it tells me that the axle is centered.

You can see how the body isn't pointing straight here

sorry to steal the thread op; i'm buying a upgraded track bar that requires a drop pitman arm.. would it hurt to have one? I'm basically getting the pitman arm for free; however I don't want to put it on if it's going to throw my steering off. I'm at 4.5" as well

What track bar requires another pitman arm? They are unrelated components.

wouldn't a drop bracket on a track bar require a drop pitman arm?

Was this a computer alignment or DIY alignment with angle finder and tape measure?
I can see in the picture that the lower arms are too short. Adjust them first, setting the wheelbase and centering wheel in wheelwell. Coil should be centered on bumpstop tower and bump should be in-line with center of coil bucket.
Next adjust upper arms to set caster. Keeping an eye on pinion angle (relation of driveshaft to differential, needs to be 'straight').
Last is toe, I prefer 1/16".

Mine didn't. Running the IRO double shear with stock pitman arm at 3".

Steve is correct but I couldn't see any of the photos on your setup. With a 4 1/2" lift you really need a double shear track bar and adj. u/l control arms.

There is no need for a dropped pitman arm, mine is stock at 4 1/2" drives straight and true never been to an alignment shop.

Thanks! It was done by a shop. Maybe they just didn't know what they were doing. I'm going to lengthen my lowers and uppers and see how that works! I find it strange since i did set them to the recommended lengths!

New development. I lengthend the lowers and uppers, and the coils are now centered. I look at my pinion and it looks straight, but i see this. Is this bad?
