You shouldn't have to cut it off, just spray alot of PB blaster or liquid wrench on the bolt and hit it with the impact. Well if it is still in one piece and you want to get rid of it, send me a P.M.

Will do. I am hoping it comes off easy since it is not the OEM pitman arm.

Yes, by removing the drop pitman arm your track bar and drag link will be more parallel and will fix your bump steer problem; But now your steering is going to be at too much of an angle with that lift height. Your tre is going to bind, especially offroad.

I will be removing 2" spring pucks from the front this weekend so that should help with that angle. Taking the Jeep back down to about 4.5" of lift vs the almost 7".

Success!!! Replaced the DPA with an OEM pitman arm. The stock puts the draglink almost parallel with track bar. Bump steer is practically gone. Now I have to adjust the track bar to recenter the axle. Here is a pic I took of the two pitman arms side by side.

No problem. Just glad it came off easy. Maybe an hour total. Gonna take the pucks off the front, remove the blocks from the rear, put in shackle relocation brackets and put in the bastard pack. Then I will get it realigned.

Got the track bar adjusted and the axle is centered. Had some crazy DW today on the way into work. now that the trackbar is right and I have the right pitman arm, the steering feels so much tighter.
