Default Budget Lunch Box

On a bit of a budget with my 99 xj with a 8.25 rear and a dana 30 up front. I'm looking for a budget lunch box locker for both the front and rear. I have the higher spline count rear axels with open diffs front and rear. I've used the Lock Right on my F150 with the 8.8 rear but I can't afford a powertrax rear for the Chrysler 8.25. Anyone recommend something that will help keep me in budget?

Considering a Powertrax is only $20 more than a regular lunchbox locker, Ausie, Lockrite, Spartan. I guess you'll have to search for a used set.

I've found the Aussie new for $299. The cheapest I can find a new Powertrax is $420 or so. Richmond gear doesn't make the Lock Right for the 29 spline axle, at least they don't say they do on their website, but they make the Powertrax.

I just installed an Aussie in my '99. I didn't think Spartan made one for a 8.25/29.

I would say buying used would be the cheapest, May take some time to locate them but you will save some money
