While trying to get my shackles off I managed to break the weld nuts on both shackles. I've been trying to cut the bolts and have chewed threw 5 sawzall blades with no luck. I can't get the blade on the bolt it'self so I'm having to try to cut the bushing sleeve and the bolt. This is driving me crazy...
I've already cut an access hole in the cargo area and the cut the bolt off at the rail, but the nut is so far inside the pocket I still can't get a socket on it. I'm debating about dropping the gas tank and using a hole saw to cut a hole in the rail opposite the nut so I can get a deep socket in there.
Is there an easier way?

I think if you take off the bumper there is an access hole that you might be able to get to the nut from. I'm not positive because I haven't had mine off yet but I think I saw that mentioned before

Ouch man this happenned to me we had to take the rear bumper off and open up the hole at the rear of the frame in order to get it out. Then used a flat wrench
